Jim Holotik
President

Mr. Holotik is President of Transwestern with over 30 years of exploration and natural gas pipeline experience. He joined Energy Transfer Partners in 2004 as Commercial Vice President of Project Development and became President of Transwestern following its acquisition. Mr. Holotik began his career in 1976 in exploration and moved to the natural gas industry in 1986 with Endevco Oil and Gas, later holding positions as Executive Vice President of Cornerstone Natural Gas and Director of the East Region for El Paso Field Services. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin University with a BBA in Finance.

Shelley Corman
Senior Vice President of Commercial and Regulatory

Ms. Corman is Senior Vice President of Commercial and Regulatory for Transwestern where she is responsible for TW’s marketing, business development, and regulatory matters. She has been in the energy industry for twenty-five years, and has held various positions in legal, regulatory, gas logistics, and marketing areas. Prior to her current position, Ms. Corman held positions at Enron, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. She holds a B.S. in Mineral Economics from Penn State University, and an MBA and J.D. from the University of Houston.
