Mike Howard
President of Midstream Operations, Energy Transfer Company

Mike Howard serves as President of Midstream Operations for Energy Transfer Company. Mr. Howard joined Energy Transfer in June of 2005 as Chief Operating Officer of the Midstream Division. Prior to Energy Transfer, Mike spent two years with Crosstex Energy as Vice President of Engineering and Operations. From 1993 to 2003, he held various positions with Union Pacific Resources, and its successor, DCP Midstream, ultimately as an Asset Manager for its South Texas Operations.

Tim Dahlstrom
Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations Central

Tim Dahlstrom has served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations Central since October 2005. Mr. Dahlstrom joined Energy Transfer as Director of Business Development with the company’s Aquila acquisition in October 2002 and has been instrumental in managing these assets since 1993. Prior to this position, Mr. Dahlstrom held management positions in operations, engineering, and business development with Aquila. Mr. Dahlstrom has also worked for Texas Oil and Gas, Enmark Gas Gathering, and Nicol and Associates in various operations and engineering roles.

Roy Patton
Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations North

Roy Patton joined Energy Transfer in 2004 and serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations North. Prior to joining ETP, Mr. Patton served as Director of Origination from 2001 to 2004 at TXU Energy. Mr. Patton began his career with Valero Energy in 1983 and has since held various management positions with PG&E, El Paso Corporation and TXU Energy having more than 26 years in the natural gas pipeline industry.

Tim Small
Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations Texas

Tim Small has served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations Texas since 2010. Mr. Small joined Energy Transfer in 2003 as Vice President of Trading. Prior to joining Energy Transfer, Mr. Small worked as a natural gas trader and accountant for Aquila Energy and a natural gas accountant at Valero Energy.
